2027 Rates
2027 Season: June 6th to September 18th, 2027
During the 2027 Season, most of our guest weeks will be 6 nights/5 days of riding with a Sunday afternoon arrival and Saturday morning departure. The only exceptions are the weeks of June 27th – July 1st, which will be a short stay with guests arriving on Sunday afternoon and departing on Thursday morning, AND our 100-Mile Ride weeks, which will be 7 night stays for those particular guests.
Our rates are all inclusive of 3 meals per day, horseback riding, hiking, fishing on our property, and any ranch-related activities. The ranch does not have a liquor license and is BYOB. Rates do not include the State of Montana accommodations tax or add-ons such as airport transport, pack trips, or optional gratuity.
All rates in the below table are per person. Our typical stays are 6 nights, as shown. If you are interested in a shorter stay during any week but June 27th – July 1st, we will accept bookings for the Upstairs or Yurt ONLY (no short stays in other accommodations). Short stays must be a minimum of 4 nights and start on a Sunday. Short stays are $560 per person per night, in either the Upstairs or Yurt. Please inquire for rates during our short-stay week of June 27th – July 1st.

To be eligible for the group discount, ONE person is required to be the point of contact for all bookings and to collect and remit deposits

Discounts:
| Youth ages 7-12: | $500 less than the regular adult rate; $800 if a non-rider |
| Kids 5-6: | $900 less than the regular adult rate if non-riding; $700 less if riding (pony rides) |
| Kids 4 and under: | No charge |
| Adult Non-Riding Rate: | $700 less than the regular adult rate |
| Groups: | 10% discount for groups of 10 people or more; ONE person is required to be the point of contact for all group bookings and to collect and remit deposits |
| Returning Guests: | 5% discount |
| Active Military Member: | 5% discount |
Extra Charges: Pack Trips – either single or multi-day (Please see “Pack Trip” information listed under the “Horseback Riding” tab); Airport Transport (see below); Taxes & Gratuity (see below)
Airport Transport: Transportation is available on a first come, first served basis in a van with seats for 12 passengers. We pickup from the Bozeman airport only. Pickup is 3:30 p.m. on Sundays and drop off is 10:00 am on Saturdays. Transportation is $190 per person round trip. Taxes & Gratuities: The Montana State Accommodations Tax is $60 per person per week, which will be added to your final bill. Your final bill, paid at the end of your week with us, will also include a line for you to add an optional gratuity. We recommend a gratuity of 15 – 20%. All gratuities are split evenly amongst all staff, unless otherwise specified by guests.
