Gymkhana

At Sweet Grass Ranch, we like to offer every possible opportunity for our guests to be around horses. Gymkhanas are games played on horseback, including barrel racing, pole bending, obstacle courses, egg-in-the spoon races, and many more. These games are not only fun, but also a great way to practice, whether it’s perfecting reigning techniques for more experienced riders or a tool for increasing confidence on horseback for less experienced riders.

Gymkhanas are popular with kids and adults alike, typically offered once a week as one of many riding options.
