Join us for a fun and relaxing week of yoga and horseback riding, creating a better connection with your horse through an awareness and balance of the body and mind.
Our usual full riding program will be available, complemented by Yoga sessions led by our experienced instructor.
As with all activities at Sweetgrass, our yoga program is relaxed and we aim to tailor each day depending on guests’ requests the evening before.
All ages and abilities welcome.
A sample of the types of sessions we offer, based on demand:
- Stretching aimed at helping to loosen up muscles and ease common riding pains such as sore knees, hips and back.
- Meditative Yoga to help you truly connect to yourself, your horse and the stunning beauty of Sweet Grass.
- Energizing Yoga to strengthen the body and vitalize you for a day on the trails.
- Fun sessions such as ‘Happy Hour Yoga’.
- Early morning sessions.
When weather permits, we will practice yoga outside.
